Bond issuance – Irish and UK domestic bonds
Avenir maintains electronically administered registers of bondholders for bonds settling in the CREST system in the UK and the Channel Islands, and also for Irish issuers settling into the Euroclear Bank CSD. Avenir also offers certificated holdings and physical bond certificates. The Avenir Register offers online access to view and print certificates.
Our registry service is available to issuers regardless of jurisdiction of incorporation, size of issue or the listing venue, subject to the bond, ETP or ETN being a UK or Irish security. In addition to the CSD registration process and Euroclear requirements, specific legal structures also need to be adhered to and again we assist with this.
We work with companies regardless of where they are in their lifecycle, from IPOs to mature businesses and also offer a GB and IE ISIN and LEI application service.
